noble purchases bowlerBowler Energy has been part of the John Bowler Group of companies for 5 years, with ‘John Bowlers Free Range Eggs’ being at the core of operations.

Following many successful years, John Bowler has taken the decision to retire with a management buyout of the eggs business now completed..

As part of that restructuring, Bowler Energy is pleased to announce that it has now become part of the Noble Food Group with whom the egg business has traded for many years.

While the deal means a change in ownership, Managing Director of ‘Bowler Energy’, Anthony Lee, confirmed it would be business as usual for both new and existing clients.

It is business as usual at Bowler Energy. Every one of our clients can expect the same team, solar PV installers, warranties and standard of workmanship as before – nothing has changed except our parent company.”

Anthony also commented on the sale saying this was a positive move for both Bowler Energy and Noble Foods. He said:

“While Bowler Energy continues to operate in the commercial solar PV market, Noble will benefit from Bowler’s expertise to build upon their own environmental credentials.
